Refund policy

We have a 21 day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return, and a further 14 days to return the item. Note this excludes limited releases, or sale items which we do not accept returns on.

Refunds will only be processed if the item(s) are returned within 21 days of the original order date.   

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are for products only and we do not offer free postage on returns nor will we reimburse you for postage to return an order to us.   

Where a multibuy voucher code has been used on the original order and part of the order is returned, the remaining product will revert to the original price if the voucher conditions are no longer met and postage will be charged if free postage was applied at the original time of ordering and those conditions are no longer met.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
